1. Cancellation Policy

a. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service at arpit@electica.in with your order details.

After 24 hours, cancellation requests will not be accepted as the order processing would have commenced.

b. Cancellation by Electica

EEPL reserves the right to cancel any order due to technical issues, unavailability of stock, or any other reason. In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.

EEPL is not responsible for any delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control.
